Overview & Purpose
What SchedWave is and what it is not
SchedWave (schedwave.com) is a technology platform that provides Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel services, Virtual Top-Up (VTU) services, and virtual phone number services to individuals, businesses, content creators, and resellers.
Our platform is designed exclusively for legitimate, lawful, and ethical use. We are not a tool for fraud, impersonation, identity theft, money laundering, or any criminal activity. We operate in full compliance with applicable Nigerian laws and international regulations, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement when lawfully required.
By registering an account or using any service on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Acceptable Use Policy.
Legitimate Use of SMM Services
Social media growth — allowed vs. not allowed
Our SMM panel provides follower growth, views, likes, and engagement services for legitimate social media marketing and branding purposes. The following are examples of acceptable use:
- Growing a legitimate personal brand, blog, business page, or creator account
- Boosting visibility for genuine products, services, or content
- Increasing engagement on music, art, or creative work you own or have rights to
- Reselling SMM services to other genuine businesses or creators
SMM services must never be used to inflate metrics on accounts that impersonate real individuals, deceive investors or brands into partnerships based on fabricated influence, or manipulate public opinion through coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
Legitimate Use of VTU Services
Airtime, data, bills & utilities
Our VTU services — including airtime recharges, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, and exam pins — are intended for personal and reseller use on legitimate, registered phone lines and accounts.
- Purchasing airtime or data for yourself, family members, or genuine customers
- Paying electricity bills or cable TV subscriptions for your property or a client's
- Running a legitimate VTU reseller or data sales business
- Purchasing exam scratch cards for genuine students
SchedWave does not support using our VTU services to launder funds, conduct fraudulent transactions, or exploit chargebacks. All suspicious transactions are flagged and investigated.
Legitimate Use of Virtual Numbers
Privacy, verification & account management
Virtual phone numbers allow users to receive SMS and OTPs without exposing their real phone number. This is a widely used, legal privacy tool. Acceptable uses include:
- Verifying your own personal or business accounts on platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, or TikTok
- Protecting your real phone number from marketers or unwanted contact
- Legitimate two-factor authentication for developer or business testing
- Receiving OTPs for platforms you legitimately own or are registering
Virtual numbers must not be used to bypass security checks for accounts you do not own, to deceive other people or platforms, or to facilitate any form of identity fraud.
